3. Hindari penggunaan kata ganti benda untuk MULAI sebuah paragraph -- karena tidak jelas siapa yang dimaksud -- He, She, They, We, You, It Contoh : -- He goes to school by bus. Bambang is a student. -- ( harus dibalik)
--Kecuali “It” boleh untuk awal kalau berkaitan dgn WAKTU ( It was Sunday, I and My friends went to Jakarta…)
4.Hindari penggunaan kata hubung di awal paragraph -- But (tetapi), Before (sebelum), After (setelah), -- Because ( karena), When (ketika), Then ( lalu) , -- So ( sehingga), Besides…( disamping), -- And… ( dan), However ( bagaimanapun juga), -- Although ( walau pun demikian), Contoh : --Because She studied hard, Dewi got 10 in english. -- (dibalik supaya jadi jelas)
5. Hindari kesimpulan diawal paragraph -- That is why ( itu lah mengapa..), --As result ( sebagi hasilnya...), --No wonder ( tidak heran ...), -- Don ‘t Forget ( jangan lupa ...) 6. Hindari di awal paragraph -- One of them ( salah satu dari mereka…), -- This(ini ...), These (ini jamak ...) -- bila tdk ada gambarnya
7.Hindari untuk mengakhiri : -- Next ( berikutnya), -- Then ( lalu) 8.
